The Chinese company is set to hold an official launch event in London on October 16th to unveil the latest devices, Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro. Huawei may also launch a Lite version of its latest series.
At IFA 2018, the company announced that it will Huawei Mate 20 series on October 16., and the company has further informed that these latest smartphones are equipped with Kirin 980 chipset, and they are the first ever handsets to be powered by the chipset which is build using a 7nm process.
Coming to the specifications, Huawei Mate 20 sports a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED screen with a pixel resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, and features a triple-camera setup. Powered by the latest HiSilicon Kirin 980 chipset, Huawei Mate 20 arrives with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Both the devices are based on Android 9.0 Pie, and comes with interesting features like GPU Turbo 2.0, Natural UX design, new swiping gestures, password vault among others.
