The Indian Air Force has launched the multiplayer version of the IAF mobile game for Android and iPhone in India. The game was launched back in July and is a form of air combat and was unveiled by IAF chief Birender Singh Dhanoa. The game was made available on Android and iOS devices and intended to leverage the gaming boom which looks to attract more youth to join the defence forces.
Now, the Indian Air Force has launched the multiplayer version of IAF’s new upgraded 3D Air Combat Mobile Game. In a tweet posted by the Indian Air Force from their Twitter handle, “IAF launches multiplayer version of IAF’s upgraded 3D Air Combat Mobile Game “Indian Air Force: A Cut Above”. The game is now available for download on Google Play for Android & IOS store.”
The game contains fighter jets and planes which are currently flying with the Indian Air Force. The game includes Sukhois, Mi-17 helicopters, and a mid-air refuelling tanker as well. The main teaser of the game will be the character which resembles IAF wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman, whose MiG-21 Bison fighter jet was shot down by Pakistan on February 27 during retaliatory action undertaken by our forces after Pakistan-based JeM terrorists launched the Pulwama terror attack on February 14.
The character also gets Abhinandan’s trademark handlebar moustache. The game is only available in single-player mode.
